Public.Sound.Midi

This module is intended to be a glue to use PortMidi (http://portmedia.sourceforge.net/) from within Pike. Not all functionality is implemented yet, but there is enough for everyday use. The module is tested on a ubuntu 9.10 machine, but nowhere else.
